Very bad lawyer. Do not use. He will make deals behind your back and not tell you. I used him for a child custody and he would change our custody agreement behind my back and not tell me, then my ex would show up to pick up our kid and I had NO CLUE this was arranged! Created a lot of unnecessary stress. Then I would get mad and call him and he left me high and dry! Told me to go to court by myself. UNREAL. If you are reading this looking for a lawyer who wont screw you over, kind, sweet, amazing, and gets back to you same day, I would recommend Seal Nulliah. Now there is a great lawyer!

I initially had this lawyer hired for my brother to finalize his dovorce. After a few months and $17 grand Brian stated he would personally cover the costs of my brothers special chambers meeting because of realizing he has accomplished absolutely nothing but breaking his bank completely.
He sent a demand notice for an additional $5 grand or immediate termination of his legal counsel now wanting to charge him up to $7500 for a special chambers meeting he said he would cover the cost of. Now I know lawyers lie, all the time, but this is absolutely demoralizing and disheartening. Where are the oaths that you are supposed to stand by Brian?

Run don't look back and consider Yourself lucky You got away. This Person has taken 70,000.00 from Me since may of 2015, lost Me my rights to My property, set court dates and not told me...not showed up himself and had the other side get anything they wanted... not even executed a court order I could use and was granted by the judge for spousal support !!! Then less than 30 days before the end of the scheduled JDR when pressed to produce what He had ready to go... which would have been a miracle given I was short 2 years of financials fromMy NOT YET ex while He made 410,000.00... This outstanding Lawyer QUIT. Yup left Me with no legal representation and nothing prepared to go to the JDR.. he was about to be exposed as He had only days to submit his briefs to the Judge. He should be disbarred !!! This is not a new thing for Him... many reviews all over the internet that go back many years. To bad I hadn't found them earlier.... Now I am in a really bad spot and he is scot free.

Such a terrible lawyer. Time lines he gave were not met and often completed months later. Brain lacks motivation to fight for what the client is asking for. I strongly recommend finding a different lawyer and not wasting your time or money here. He tells you what you want to hear and has no problem lying to you. Has said this were completed and find out months later they were never done.

should have read the previous review before spending $3200 for nothing. Had to end it after 3months of nothing done no emails returned or reasonable response's from him. Don't waste your time with him and his staff.
