Leaving this review from a burner account to protect my identity as I’m in the midst for a high conflict divorce and Amanda Craig of Boyne and Clarke has been an absolute waste. I’ve reported her to the Barrister Society and if you have a look at the reviews there, they’re no good either as I’ve been left with no resolution.

Amanda has not sent me any correspondence from the opposing counsel, leaving me with no sense of what’s going on. Given my situation I should be getting spousal support and her only response is “Yeah they’re lowballing you” but after over 6 week Amanda hasn’t defended or even sent a response. It’s genuinely a scam. I paid over $5,000 and I’ve received better service from waiters who want $10 tips.

I also emailed Ms Randall who seemingly is enabling this. For context I am homeless and pregnant at the hands of my abusive ex husband and gave my last bit of cash to this establishment just to be neglected by them and have no work done in my behalf. Hopefully other people have a better experience, should you want to risk wasting your money here.

In my experience, was baited in with an expectation of 4x of the final amount, then being charged for many phone calls which didn't explain the reason for the change. Assumption: Small company baited me in, played games (charges, phone calles and letters which achieved -75% of expected returns) and never explained why wht they said initially never came to fruition.

This post has been a long time coming. In 2010 my son was at the end of his driveway and was hit by a drunk driver. He was 20 years old at the time. I can't remember how many feet he went in the air but he landed on the pavement on his head. My son came very close to dying that night. He was in the hospital for a few months and went through hell getting his life back. I hired a law firm here in PEI when it happened and after 2 years of getting zero help I called Boyne & Clarke and asked if they would take over his case. I can't begin to explain how everything changed when they got involved. Not only did they get things started by shaking things up with the Insurance companies, they also saved my mental health in the process. As a Mom I was emotionally broken. Lawsuits take time, a lot of time especially with head injuries because there are constant tests, physio, cognitive, MRI etc. I think it was maybe 6 years David Parker and his team listened when I was frustrated, when I cried, when I was mad. They answered every email I sent and I sent A LOT. They saw us through our worst time as a family. They spent about 8 hours in mediation fighting for us while we were in the next room. They came out with a settlement which was much more than I had anticipated. I will forever be greatful to David Parker and the countless people that formed a very formidable team that stood between the Insurance companies, and us. They are and will always be our Superheroes.
