It’s with a sense of disappointment that I pen this review. My initial attempts to connect with Booke & Partners began in the spring with Ken, to whom I'd been introduced by a trusted friend and client of theirs. Regrettably, these endeavors, along with several subsequent follow-ups over several months, were met with complete silence.

I want to be candid about my frustration and disillusionment as this firm came with high recommendations from a valued client. I had strong confidence that I would be met with the same level of attentive service and professionalism. The silence was particularly disheartening because I was eager to explore the suite of services offered by Booke & Partners, anticipating a mutually beneficial working relationship.

Given the lack of acknowledgment and prolonged silence, I found myself compelled to seek the required services elsewhere. While my financial business needs are now being met by another firm, I find it pivotal to share this experience as a potential learning opportunity for Booke & Partners. In service-oriented sectors, maintaining trust and credibility is contingent upon open and prompt communication, even if it’s to convey that a comprehensive response may take time due to workload etc.

My hope is that, moving forward, Booke & Partners can revamp their communication protocols with prospective clients, fostering a more responsive and seamless interaction. The essence of acknowledging inquiries promptly cannot be overstated as it has the profound ability to influence the perceptions and decisions of prospective clients.

I am very impressed with Booke and Partners in general my direct contact is Robert Plohman and he is amazing. As they sorted out a difficult tax situation I was going through and also gave me expert help and advice in setting up my business. Staff is very friendly and approached my problem in an easy to understand and professional manner. I left feeling like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I would highly recommend.

Had a horrible experience. Partner Katz was rude to me on the phone when I had to file my personal taxes. Not professional person, was impatient, and irritated when I asked him questions about my tax situation. Not impressed whatsoever. Do not recommend this firm. Thumbs down 1/10 rating if I could

Fantastic accounting firm. Rob Plohman is exceptional. It is such a relief to know that all of our companies and personal taxes are under Rob’s eye. He’s an accounting genius.

If you want to file your tax, please dont go to this place. I phoned the office for 2 weeks and they said that there will be someone to contact me but i had patiently waiting for 2 weeks without anyone called or emailed me. I had to go the other accounting office to file my tax. No recommend at all.

Had a bad experience with the partner Travis de Koning in the past, he left me hanging after emailing that he would contact me when things needed to be signed, and when confronted he then claimed he had asked for something on the phone which was untrue as a way to shift the blame to me for not getting something to him. Instead of making amends he terminated the business relationship. Pure Konehead move.
