Not recommended for closing on real estate sale. My mom and I went through this firm in 2022 when I was buying her house. They are impatient (rushed- we felt more like transactions than clients), expensive (over the value of the range my bank advisor said it normally costs for these services), and rude.

Would not Recommend for real estate transactions.

We awaited confirmation on a cheque that never came.
The office does not mail cheques, to the real estate brokerage which is the first time I have run into this issue. It was stated they did not want to lose cheques in the mail.
After enquiring about the cheque to pickup, it was in fact not at the office. After having to drive 3 hours to pickup the cheque from the office once arriving the receptionist did not say a word and seemed somewhat annoyed. I'm hoping this was just an off transaction but without so much as an apology for the mishaps and inconvenience I can confidently say I won't refer anyone to this office
