I would put zero stars if possible. Used this law firm for a military move in which I was selling my home. Was informed by them we would have to pay their fees until the military move company paid them back. We did that but found it odd as no other supplier has done that to me. In the end it took them a month and a phone call to the move company to even submit the claim with a thousand excuses. If you are looking for a lawyer to do your military move I would suggest looking someone where else as I was inform they aren't doing the correct process. They are to only to get reimbursed from bgrs and not from the client. They will only cause you more stress.
And the fact goes unsaid they had all the information by the day of.closing and stated they would put in the claim that date or.Monday by the latest and now all they are doing is making excuses and client blaming. So I have put a formal request in to have them removed from the bgrs list as I don't want anyone to deal with this. No other supplier had issues finding my account to make claims and they had all the information by closing date and then they still.didnt put in the claim until a month later....claiming vacation and being locked out of her system by one of her underlings but when bgrs questioned her if was all my fault and mentioned none of what she said to me. So unprofessional. Do not use them.

UPDATE: they got an invoice early august and didn't let us know until now between paying her first in which she blaims me for all the mix ups however each email had a different excuse and even the one in which they submitted to bgrs was different where she blamed her co workers all around shows her ego is huge and there is no accountability. In the end the day of closing they had all the information they needed and they still blamed everyone but their incompetence. Just all around lazy work and more of a headache a monkey would do better work than this law firm. Beware. I am also going to the better business bureau about them as well.

I can't say enough good things about Vanessa and her team! When what was supposed to be a nice easy transaction went sideways and became incredibly complicated, not only did Vanessa work with me to get things straightened out but made sure my interests were protected the entire time.
