From start to finish, he advises on all the necessary and important issues upon closing. He was always responsive, patient ( I was having major phone connection issues throughout process) and kind.
I must also comment on receptionists and his assistant Kathryn Patterson. All dealings were professional, patient and with much client care.

We’ve used this firm for all of our home sales and purchases and they’ve done a good job.
Not the cheapest out there but you get experience and efficiency. My only suggestion is they contact the buyer ahead of time to let them know the actual parameters of the property rather than the day of closing!

Trash lawyer and the people that work there.

I sold my house with them and they totally screwed up the deal 2 different times. They had little patience for me trying to understand the numbers and they caused me tremendous headache trying to sort out their mistakes.

Other people that I know who used this layer agree that Black & Black has little patience for people that don't have much experience buying and selling property. If you use this lawyer you'll notice how they RUSH though all your documents without bothering to help you understand (rushing is probably how they made mistakes on my deal). If you ask them to explain something they'll sigh and rush though it again expecting you to understand.

I've never used a lawyer before but I have to imagine there's much better lawyers out there for the price you pay.
