Walia Law Office/Billing Law Office, I will never recommend it to anyone. The CIBC Mortgage specialist recommended this place and I had the worse experienced ever. The bank already paid them, but charged you more. Very unprofessional.

They don't give you update or follow up. No notification if has been mailed or if they did process your papers. From October Last year til May 2022 this year took them long just for a Land Title. You don't even have problems before to begin with. And they are pointing fingers to the bank. Bank says a different story. You asked the papers to mailed to your house and it was mailed to a Purolator in a different location far from your home. They didn't even told me if it has been mailed or even provided you the tracking number. How would a customer know if you didn't even notify them.

Appointment set, thinking everything was all set, but when you came documents are not yet done and wrong spelling too. If you don't follow up with them, I think it will take years just to process a paper. If I can give a negative rating of this place I would.

I request for notary then when it sent. I received an email that the notarized file has no date. so I complain in their office, the attendant is blaming me because I didn't check my file. how may I suppose to do that which I don't have knowledge regarding notary. -my advice be careful guys, they will charge you for additional fee

If you are buying a house through this firm. Make sure they didn't charge you money from bank including in your paper. As in my case, they charge me 1900 dollars in papers and 1600 again. Well, I complained and answer was, usually we don't charge in paper.and very expensive ; law firm next to there firm charge only 700 dollars for house paper. Good luck.

Very unprofessional. They took 4.5 months to provide us with our documents, even then address was incorrectly registered on land title, never provided real property report, charged late interest fee without any receipts, utmost rude office staff. On repeated requests there was no follow up. In my personal opinion I will not recommend any of my friends to this office for any sort of dealings especially real estate related.

Overcharged me for a duplex even tho it was 1 title, incorrectly filed the title, required regular follow-ups to get any documentation. You get what you paid for, avoid if you can.

Unprofessional on next level i have ever seen anyone. Literally wasted my whole month for stupid appointment.
I won’t recommend to anyone ever again.
