This is my third time using notary services from this team. I appreciated how easy it was to book an appointment online, and the detailed attention we got. The team was friendly and patient with our questions. Although there is still one more step to go in the more recent process Beverly helped us with, we were very satisfied that everything was handled correctly with a tricky form being sent to another country. We got a follow up copy on the same day via e-mail, as we had asked.

Boyfriend’s Google…. I recently came in to get a power of attorney notarized and some certificated copies. I had to stand at the counter and Beverly was rushed and kept handing stuff off to someone else and it felt very chaotic and confusing. Although the front desk guy was kind he had to call her back for things she forgot to sign as she was rushing out door to another appt. I didn’t get my questions answered I had and I paid 300 for like no attention or proper explanations. I literally had a couple minutes with her and left feeling very confused and unhappy. I see a lot of good reviews which is why I went there but was a bad time for me.

responding to your reponse writing from boyfriends account, no I didnt get proper attention, you literally had to be called a few different times to sign things you forgot to sign as you were running out the door. I literally had one minute of your time, maybe two .. and the time I had you were distracted and very unfocused which is why im sure you forgot to sign all the stuff you forgot to sign. You literally gave me tops two minutes, so if appointments there are two minutes then I aplogogize for my misunderstanding. Saying that the gentleman from mexico at the front was very kind and friendly. I just was surprised I had two minutes of time and that you kept forgetting to sign stuff and had to be called back. It was very caotic feeling dealing with you.

I'm so pleased that I chose Beverly Carter Notary Public and her team to help me with my estate planning. It was easy to book my initial appointment online and there was prompt follow up by Ashley the office manager.
At my initial appointment all my documents were discussed and explained in detail.
Creation of the draft documents was done quickly and efficiently.
Ashley once again was very thorough, helpful and prompt in answering last minute questions.
Today when I went to do the final signatures everything was ready, Beverly went over everything with me again.
My mind is now at rest, my documents are complete.
I definitely recommend their notary services very highly.
I'm sure you will not be disappointed.
