I had great experience dealing with Suzanne on a tenant-landlord case that turned out to be very complex and becoming complicated on literally daily basis. All the way through she demonstrated extremely well grounded knowledge about this relationship, used examples to support those, stayed composed, analytical and great listener. It's been a pleasure working with Suzanne. She took our case on a very short notice and worked hard for hours going through evidence and throughout the process was very professional, and we were very pleased with how she handled our case. I have used Susanne Bellum service awhile back and it was a biggest mistake ever. We were negotiating with a tenant about how much we should give them so they can move out. We discussed in detail about giving them one month free and it was pretty much settled. Behind my back She negotiates a price 4 times higher than the original cost. I asked Susane "what is wrong with you, we didn't give you permission to do that? we agreed to price already." She just smiled and said "I got nervous and that amount came out of my mouth." Obviously theres nothing inside of her head to negotiate a price beforehand without the landlords permission or consent - unbelievable. Now the tenant is set on the extra mount, Susanne made a big mistake and of course pass it on to the landlord like a typical slimy person she is. She doesn't realize we would have used her more often but since this was the last straw we avoided her like a plague. Worst part of it all when we're in court she's discussing details about the matter And it's very hard to hold in your breath while toxic air is coming from her mouth. As for next time have a breath mint while you're discussing personal matters face-to-face, I guess she doesn't realize or she's not bright enough to realize when a person's turning purple and almost passing out its your bad breath 🤢. Avoid her and move on to someone else for a better experience. I have used other paralegals, never had an experience like this before. Other paralegals have been nothing but great. Do your research And stay away from bad breath Susanne obviously does not care about her clients Just a money hungry person. Yes Susanne Bellum it was YOU not dining else. Nice try..
