Prior to finding BCSUN & Associates, I had a terrible experience with a previous accountant who provided me misinformation and unprofessional service.

I called around and found that the receptionist was honest if they were able to help me or not.

I learned that BCSUN is willing to serve a new customer. Sunny did professionally answered my questions through email after we paid 200 CAD for consulting. However, it is disappointing.After replying her email to ask some easy follow-up questions, I have not got any reply from her for a few days. Maybe she has been busy.
