I’ve been seeing Barb for almost 3 years. She is always great at providing availability when I need her. As a shift worker, my schedule changes frequently and she is consistently accommodating to my appointment change requests. This is crucial in finding a therapist.
Barb is very informative and explains the neural processes that are happening to help me better understand the “why” behind my anxieties. I never feel like she is watching the clock and she always checks in at the end of our appointment to make sure we covered everything I wanted to talk about, and is often willing to go over time if I need. Highly recommend!

Barbara is a very kind and and sweet. I felt as though I had to lead the conversations while she was looking at the clock. If you’re extremely traumatized and have major life problems perhaps seek elsewhere. Also make sure you don’t have the same therapist as a family member due to conflict of interest 😉
