Fantastic, friendly service, and works hard to find exactly what you need. Leon,Curtis, and Pete worked very hard to find what I needed and it wasn’t easy but they definitely come through with flying colours. They stayed in touch with me the whole time and made sure I got exactly what I asked for, it felt like I was back in the 1980s, which is a good thing for service as they took pride in their customers and product and communication was paramount. Definitely a place I would suggest for anyone to build a relationship for future purchases. Thank you to Leon and the team of Bannister Ford.

Awesome dealership experience. It’s clear they value customers and it’s nice to see that small town service still exists. My wife bought a second hand vehicle and we never learned that the AC was not working g till the hot snap started. I’m sure it was not something their inspection found either. In any event despite us having not purchased extra warranty and having signed off on the vehicle they fixed it for her at some expense to them and charged us nothing. Was not just a Freon refill it needed compressor fixed I was told. That kind of customer loyalty deserves return loyalty. Good job folks.

Made the trip from Edmonton to Edson to check out a used F150 in their inventory. Leon, my salesman, was really helpful and got me a really good deal. He’s not pushy and/or aggressive unlike other salesmen I’ve dealt with. Ceanna, the finance person, was also very helpful. I also like that they’re quick to respond to text messages. I’m younger so I prefer texts.
