Not the worst place to live. Property managers were nice. Maintenance can take a little while to get done, so patience is key if your sink isn't draining properly. Dog friendly. Can be a little noisy.

We were told that there would be a fee for carpet cleaning, which we agreed to, but when the damage deposit came after move out, they took $100 for 'general cleaning' claiming that it took 4 hours to clean the apartment, when we had spent at least that amount of time cleaning it ourselves before leaving (returning it to the same condition that we received it in). No checklist of things to be cleaned, no mention of this extra cleaning fee. Not impressed.

If you have better options in Hinton, try there first.
