Particularly for Gregory Parker. I received a letter from him yesterday threatening me that if I don’t remove my Google review for Rosebush Fuels that I will be sued. This lawyer is trying to restrict my form of expression which is protected by the Canadian Charters of Rights and Freedoms.

Disastrous Experience with Stephen's Law Firm

I engaged Stephen's law firm for legal assistance, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. Their preparation and ability to follow instructions were abysmal. Despite providing clear directives, it seemed like they were operating in a foggy haze, unable to grasp even the simplest of instructions.
Stephen and his team's sole focus appeared to be lining their own pockets rather than providing competent legal representation. It was evident that their priorities lay in maximizing their profits rather than genuinely addressing the needs and concerns of their clients.

In retrospect, engaging anyone from this law firm was a regrettable decision. The experience left me utterly disillusioned and dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for competent and client-focused legal assistance.

My wife and I recently dealt with Greg Parker for the purchase of our home. Walter the law clerk was responsive, helpful, and relayed details on an hourly basis via text message while we went through the process.

When it was time to finalize/sign our documents we found another member of the team, Monica, to be very knowledgeable.

I retained Stephen Baldwin to the pursuit litigation I made it very clear from the beginning that I did not want to settle. Stephen Baldwin used undue influence to force me into a settlement that was not in my best interest. He told me on two occasions that you would not be able to proceed and I would not be able to get the records if I did not saddle. I approached two other law firms that suggested I fire him and go on my own, I am deeply remorseful that I did not have strength to pursue this option instead continuing to have Steven represent me. I asked for my case files via phone on several occasion after the trial he did not respond to me I then pursued it with osgoode Hall and she eventually return my files unfortunately it was two years after the settlement and I could not pursue suing him. The lawyer that reviewed my case File sad that I got F#@* by Stephen and couldn't understand why he would take a case that was not within his practice. He also continuously did not give the proper postage and instead elected do you have both sender and receiver as him to save money. On several occasion in the envelopes addressed to me he included other people's documentation. (See pictures down below.)
You plan on retaining Steven or anybody at this for her I highly recommend secretly recording all conversation. There is a court president in Canada where any person involved in the conversation to record the other parties without their knowledge. Despite the other party having no records and no representation of anybody who had ever met me or interacted with me Stephen still chose to force me to settle because it was a business to him and this was in his financial interest.

My fiancé and I purchased our first house this year. On a recommendation we used Baldwin Law. Dealing with Greg Parker was great. However, the law clerk we dealt with - Monica was very unprofessional, unorganized, aggressive, and seemed very lazy. Our experience with her left us unsure if we were going to even get our house- as she threatened that multiple times. When we asked questions because this was our first time going though this experience she seemed very annoyed and talked down to us. My fiancé had to go to the office to pick up a check and left frustrated and in tears because of the way she talked to her and once again threatened not getting our house. We had to keep reaching out to her to get things done, and everything still seemed so last minute. She said she would text us in an hour the day of closing so we could get the could for the keys- after waiting 2 and a half hours we texted her and she replied right away with the code...
I would recommend Baldwin Law as long as Monica is not your law clerk ESPECIALLY if you are a first time home buyer.
