My wife and I needed a new will, and Avery Law Office was excellent, handling our unusual circumstances very professionally. We highly recommend their service. They were able to meet with us within two weeks of our initial contact, and two weeks later, we are now about to sign the wills.

If I could give a ZERO I would. Had the most rude person on the phone calling me to book an appointment to sign some documents. That person seemed to be frustrated from the moment I picked up the call. Instead of asking if a date would work, she told me we needed to come in to sign next day. When I conveyed that the day and time would not work but gave her few options on the same week, her voice sounded aggravated instantly and told me they could not do business with us since our dates did not seem to coincide. I don’t remember ever having to talk to someone so rude and disrespectful when we dealing with lawyers to sign a simple document. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

My spouse and I went for a two week trip to Summerland BC in May 2022 to identify and purchase a property for our retirement there in fall 2022. It was a challenging and stressful time for us, especially given how tight the market was and the time limitations we had. We dealt with Avery Law for the legal aspects of the purchase and found that they understood our situation. We would not in particular Tracy Avey, their expert on real property transactions. She was kind, extremely responsive, very knowledgeable and accommodating to our special circumstances. With her help we manage to get it all done before we had to leave. We can not recommend a better place in terms of personable and dedicated client service and professionalism.
