In February to May 2024, I participated in Lisa and Bianca's 5-day online mediation training course. The course material was first-rate and supported the extensive subject matter. Having Bianca and Lisa as course leaders was a fantastic decision. Their delivery of the material was captivating. All things considered, they were quite knowledgeable about mediation and enthusiastic about mentoring and guiding others. The individual trainers are top-notch as well. All questions were promptly answered and the administration by Deborah was very efficient and awesome

This training proved very useful for my line of work, facilitators were able to understand unique cases of our work environment and other challenges. Simulation activities put into practise what we were taught over the days and greatly assisted in a wider understanding of what is expected of you as a mediator. Loved it and recommend it for anyone interested!!

I attended the 5-day online mediation training course in November 2022 facilitated by Lisa & Bianca. The course content was comprehensive backed up by excellent written material. The course leaders (Bianca & Lisa) were outstanding - their delivery of the content was very engaging. Overall they came across as having deep expertise in mediation and a passion for training and coaching others. The individual coaches also excellent. Administration was efficient and responses to queries, etc. timely.

The Australian Disputes Centre provided a tailored 1-day mediation training course to our government department which provided excellent insight into the mediation process, effective communication, formulation of position papers and consideration of mediation strategy. I had been considering a Mediation course for a number of years but didn't know where to do it. I am so glad I did the course with ADC and would highly recommend them to anyone considering this course. Deb, Lisa and the staff made it such an enjoyable, personable and fun experience. The knowledge, skills, encouragement and support from all the staff ensured we were in good hands to achieve our learning objectives. Although the course content was detailed and time was limited because it was accelerated, Deb and Lisa maintained a calm professional atmosphere and welcomed all contributions.

The Mediation Accreditation Course was fantastic!
