*Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend*

We had a very poor experience with this immigration consultancy while handling my husband’s work visa application. We specifically requested them to file a spousal open work permit application. Despite providing all necessary documents from our end, the consultant's team submitted the application with a major error — *they failed to include the NOC code in the job offer letter*, which is a critical detail for IRCC to assess the eligibility of a spousal work permit.

As expected, due to this careless oversight, the application was *rejected. We immediately reached out to the consultants, expecting them to take accountability and refile the application correctly. However, instead of correcting their mistake and resubmitting, they chose to file only a **reconsideration request*, despite us being fully willing to cooperate and pay for a proper refiling if needed.

To make matters worse, we later found out that *IRCC has no record of a reconsideration request being filed at all*. This adds further frustration, as it appears the situation was not handled transparently or professionally.

We asked them to apply for spousal visa, due to their mistake in paperwork the visa got rejected. After taking to them they only applied for reconsideration which usually is very unlikely to bear any fruits. They refused to refile the request and correct their mistakes. Not only that IRCC claims that not even a reconsideration is filed.
Very poor experience on our part, wont recommend their services to anyone.
