While Dan presents himself as kind and understanding, the actual results did not reflect the level of expertise we had hoped for. The resolution, while ultimately reached, was not as satisfying as we were led to believe it would be. Aaron could not provide a properly costed invoice for an initial consultation, nor comprehend how to break down the taxes on the invoice. I've received more detailed invoices at grocery stores.

He also mispelled our last name and couldn't navigate the appropriate pre-fix to use in an e-mail despite having days to respond.

This lack of attention to detail are not worth what would invariably be frustrations later on.

We are all busy, and must meet demands. That's not an excuse for a poor first impression.
