Rented a u haul from them. I think her name was Nicole at front desk but ... she went above and beyond for me and was very friendly and excellent customer service. I sure appreciated everything she did for me.

Rented a trailer for a day... Was rude when I got there trying to argue the law with me. When bringing the trailer back I asked for help backing it in was told I'm not allowed to drive your vehicle a random customer helped me back it in. She ran outside yelling I have your credit card on file we can charge you $100 for not backing it in. Completely unprofessional. I brought the trailer back early and was told nope you've rented for the day no partial refund.

Friendly staff and easy to access. I would say it is over priced though. You could get cheaper rates if you are willing to drive to Sherwood Park or Edmonton

terrible experience. stored dollies in there yard across street. got stollen and later found out there cameras have blind spots all over and barely can identify a car there so low resloution. what a waste of money storing with them
