My experience with the Altura was pretty decent for the LMIA and work permit application. The staff is knowledgeable and explained the requirements clearly. During the LMIA process most of their communication was with my employer and there were a couple of instances of delays in replying to emails/questions, but other than that, it was fine.
For my work permit application (second time) Ms. Divya was handling my case and she was very helpful and quick to answer any of my questions/queries every time and clearly mentioned the requirements for documents, provided me with samples and submitted everything promptly. Thanks to her and other staffs help I received my work permit.
