We used Natasha in the past and everything was great. However
this year she did not file our taxes. We have left several messages and emails with no reply. Completely unprofessional. No communication to inform us that there would be a delay. Now we are fighting to have all our papers and receipts returned to us so that we can utilize someone else who will actually get the job done. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

In response to your reply; We have been calling and leaving messages for several weeks. And the only thing that has warranted a response is a public review. So if that is going to be the only way to get a response, then so be it. I have confirmation from CRA that our taxes were never filed. So I don't understand how you could have provided an assessment. Also Michelle has not received anything... Please just mail back all of our receipts and documents. So that we can take our business to someone who is actually going to get the job done.
