I had a human rights claim handled by Dakota Kelly at AJ Murray, and was very happy with the outcome. Dakota was a very effective advocate for me at the court proceeding and leading up to it, and demonstrated very in-depth knowledge of the case documents. They offer personalized and effective legal services that I would recommend to anyone in a similar circumstance!

I hired AJ Murray after I received a notice from an ex-tenants paralegal stating the rental unit I owed was wrongly rented within a year of this Tenant moving out. My circumstances were out of the ordinary and everything on my end was done in good faith.

To this effect, I found AJ Murray through a quick Google search and had a consulting session scheduled within a day. I liked their approach and was assigned Tira as my Licensed Paralegal. Throughout the process she proved herself capable and proved her knowledge on the subject matter effectively.

She prepared me well for my case/hearing by providing me the right questions to think about. She also provided a lot of structure, defended my claim in front of the LTB and successfully proved the ex tenants claim was not sufficient. This ultimately threw out the case.

I would recommend Tira as a Paralegal for Landlords who have done the right thing but have been wrongly accused.

I received a provincial offences ticket at Pearson Airport because I refused to quarantine in a hotel and was facing a $4000.00 fine. I prepared a detsiled submission for early resolution, but the prosecution gave me no opportunity for discussion, only to register a plea. I pled not guilty.
