I also had a very poor experience with business bookkeeping and tax prep. Errors that cost the business significant amounts in income tax were made. When mistakes were found no real effort to investigate or repair them was made. No responsibility was admitted and no apologies were made. On top of that we were told to leave it alone and made to feel like we were unreasonable to want to investigate the mistakes. After a lot of work on our own to identify the errors we were met with the same response then fired as a customer. After transferring to another firm further mistakes were also found that resulted in HST over payments.

I called 3 tax services around the Sudbury area looking for someone who was able to do my small business taxes immediately. I explained to them I had a particular situation that required my taxes being done right away or it would cost me dearly. None of the 3 places were able to accommodate me and the earliest time frame they offered was 2 to 3 weeks away. I then called Advize Tax Service and spoke with Michael Wilson who said he could do my taxes later that same day. To say I was relieved is an understatement. He not only accommodated my short time frame but offered me the best price out of the 4 tax services I contacted. Also, because he knew my personal situation, I believe he stayed late to complete my taxes that same day. Wow, that's 5-star service. Thank you very much Michael Wilson. I highly recommend Advize tax services to anyone looking for professional, personal, and excellent quality service.

I would not recommend their services. They filed my taxes incorrectly, which resulted in an audit all for the price of $80+tax as a Student. The following year I had my taxes done at another place and corrected Advize's mistake for $40+tax. There are much better places in Sudbury.
