Your complaint must be filed in writing to the Law Society's Complaints Services+.Cause duration 20 mois: (Presque pas de communication ou très peu,courriels sans réponse a des questions sérieuse.Suggerer des situations pour aider a la cause(pas l'esprit ouvert)parfois des mois sans contact.Parfois impatient envers,mon fils au téléphone qui est ADHD autistic on a spectrum.Je sentait quil ne croyait pas,vraiment a ses trouble mentaux malgrés l'évaluation de 2 phychiatres.Nous n'avions pas de transport car nous vivions,1hrs demi de la cour et nous panickions pendant des semaines a trouvez du transport,on a du prendre un taxi qui nous a couter,450$(I receive OAP) pour se faire dire après notre arriver,ala cour quil aurait venu nous chercher?A un moment donner mon fils(que cétait très rare quil me demandait ask(Ariya Sheivari)a certaine question,that I didn't even bother to,write to him about it due to whether no response,or wasnt a good idea for him mettons il ne prenait pas au sérieux ses question toute facon sans donner de reponse.A quelque reprise il nétait pas pret en cour(la juge la griller exemple)écouter nous ne connaissions pas la loi.Sa serait primordial de nous tienne au courant,de nous informer.De nous sécuriser juste un peu serait ÉNORME pour votre client.Je ne peu faire croire que sa bien été.Mon fils était pas en état de choisir.Mais si sa serait a recommencer(et on le souhaite pas) mon fils ne re prendrait pas cette avocat.Il na pas beaucoup d'années, dans le domaine et a probablement trop de dossiers.J'ai trouver plus dur moi qui était 'intermédiaire' pour mon fils, avec cette avocat,que la situation même.Sa nen dit gros.Je pourrait vous écrire des pages entières,des question sans réponse,du manque de commucations,de manque d'implications,d'appel a la miette ect...je comprend que cette avocat a peu être été bon pour d'autres.Mais pas pour nous.Cette revue vient,de moi mon fils ma donner son accord.J'espère(qu'Ayira Sheivari) va apprendre de quoi dans tout sa.J'aimerais finir sur une bonne note.Cest impossible pour moi.Bonne chance a tous! (((UPDATE))) 2024: pendant des mois Ariya Sheivari a mi,sur un pied d'estale le dernière,juge il était in aww de cette personne jajouterais même quil était au pti oiseaux.Nous disant quelle était juste que,quand les avocats on cette juge sont tellement sur de son bon jugement? Qui nous a mi dans un étar de confiance surtout a mon fils,enfin il dit donner une goutte despour wow .Qui na pas été le cas.Elle a griller Ariya Sheivari et mon fils.D'ailleurs j'ai déposer plainte de son ATTITUDES envers mon fils.Si jamais pour vous auriez une plainte contre un*une juge.Apler au CONSEIL JUDICIAIRE DE L'ONTARIO.Bien a vous tous!UPDATE: SI VOUS VOULEZ DÉPOSER PLAINTE CONTRE,UN JUGE(UNE)VOUS POUVEZ LE FAIRE: APLER AU CONSEIL JUDICIAIRE DE L'ONTARIO.JE L'AI FAIT. Leurs role nest pas de changer la sentence.Jai déposer plainte du au faite quelle a dénigrer,la santé mentale de mon fils/la griller malgrés quil tenait sa place/a manquer de proffessionalisme et jen passe.Donc cest déposer depuis Mai 2024.En passant Ariya Sheivarie la mit sur un pied d'estale la vanter? Qui nous la famille et moi rassurer.Pour se faire traiter de cette facon par une personne,qui dinne jugement?Meme quil a dit a mon fils she can grill me,but she cant grill you.Se moment je doit avouer ma émut en sortant de la cour.Les 2 première juge d'avant était d'un proffessionalisme HORS PAIR.il y a de l'espoir!Bien a vous tous!

I cannot in good consciousness recommend Jason Gilbert as a lawyer despite his reputation and expensive rate. I paid the man $4,000 just to go to court self represented in the end and got a much more favorable (and just) result from the court. The man just robbed me, sold me the lie and then completely ignored me and kept getting mad when I would not take the terrible plea bargain he was able to come up with. He did not represent me well as a client, and he even spoke down to me - calling me and my wife both "idiots" and said that "my case stinks" (after taking it on and payment in full up front before he would even loon at the paperwork) and berated me by saying "he always gets the impossible cases". Patronizing, expensive, not terribly charismatic. Honestly, best of luck to you.
