Many of you have great things to say about this company. Well I certainly do not. Late filings in the years I used this company. I was contacted on aug 29th that my filing was under way, and my documents needed to be handed in. When they are already handed in.
The fee I paid did not justify the work that was done from this company. Although the staff may seem nice. After I took my filings to another company, a better company in my eyes. There were many mistakes made. Deadlines did not get met.
At the time I was a sole proprietorship, and I also had a limited company.
The limited company was not making revenue. However they did not advise of T2 FILING. They did not advise of many things.
What they did do was talk, and tell me things got done. When they didn't.
So many promises made here ,

" yup we took care of that for you ".

CRA,?
"Nope that was never done"!
Be aware nice conversation is as far as it goes here.
Frankly I can get nice conversations for far less the cost of what this company charges to make friends without doing good work.

So many things I could list that were said to be done. That never got done.
I gave 1 star because I had to..

Very impressed with the work this company does. They answer the phone and email quickly, respond with easy to understand answers and instructions, and very professional throughout the process. Prices are competitive, and they never surprise you with additional costs. If its minor, they don't charge you for small tasks. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to to anyone looking to have accounting done for themselves personally or for their corporation.
