I reached out to Teneah Farris in the spring to purchase my first house. Teneah was very professional and very helpful with my search for a home, she answered all my questions, assisted with all my concerns, and listened to what I was looking for in a home. Teneah made the process easy for me, worked with my availability, was very helpful in guiding and educating me through the process of home buying. Other then viewing homes and the final walk through, all the paperwork was done digitally which was great as I was extremely busy and working out of town at the time. Teneah was very up beat, nice, very informative, she knows her job and does it well. Teneah even helped me with an issue after I had moved in. I would highly recommend The Howarth Group and I would definitely use there services again in the future.
