Sadly, this is a highly negligent law firm. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Frustration after frustration and they have dropped the ball on so many occasions. I don't know that our file will ever get properly taken care of. It has been dragged on for almost 2.5 years. I was hoping that the change over to new owners would help the situation but it does not seem like it is.

Twice I went there for divorce issues (different lawyers, same divorce) they just end up working for my ex and did nothing towards fixing my issues because they are very obviously on the side of ex wives even if they are commiting fraud and abusive. Don't even bother with them. This last lawyer couldn't be bothered to do what he said he would do and he didn't bother contacting me when he dropped my case.

Fotty Stevenson Wilson lied to my family, misled my family, and withheld vital financial information from my family throughout the time they represented my wife and I.
My wife spent many nights crying herself to sleep after the firms lawyer lied to our faces after our first day in court. He said he would be with us until the case was over -- a week later the firms secretary called us to say he'd quit. He said we had lots of money left in our retainer -- he lied, the firm had spent the $3000 we gave them and didn't bother telling us they had, in fact after the case was done, they had the balls to send us another bill for $1000 more.That was the first time we had received a bill or was informed they had somehow spent 3000 sending e-mails. He said there was no way we could lose or be sent to a higher court -- we lost the case, and he never even spoke up for us.
Please stay away from this firm, all they wanted was a young families hard earned money, and to perpetuate the stereotype of a lawyer.

This law office advertises as labour lawyer with human rights which I find funny as the lawyer I spoke to told me to give the company that fired me, harrassed and bullied me for 6 year back the property they keep asking for and to move on, human rights complaint will just take to much of my time and money. Hard enough to be a women in power in this province to h
ave a man tell you to move on for $105, I will not let this stop me and I will find someone to help me get what I deserve, so i do not recommend this law firm unless you are a man.
