Quick to respond and answer questions. Had questions from CRA and he guided us through and made it easy without any stress. I had a payroll issue and they connected me with Sasha in their bookkeeping who was very quick to solve the issue. I definitely recommend them!

Where do i begin! They are good when they bill you $800. When you it only involve nothing just an email and a 15 minute phone call. When there is nothing to look into- file or any information share in my end.
When i ask why for the bill
they say they open a file for me— what file? With what information Where did you find information? I didn’t give any. They didn’t spend time looking into anything

I dunno if a simple call worth the $800 .

Charged $1,400 without sending any of my documents for review.

We had 1 initial complementary meeting, a handful of general emails, and two or three 10 to 15 minute calls asking about the implications of claiming vehicle business expenses or not

All of the above cost me $1,400

The claim is that 14 hours of bookkeeping and preparation was done - even though none of my documents were sent over

I guess the 'preparation' was based on speculation not providing actual accounting services

Oh well, I'll pay the invoice and move on - this is the 2nd accounting firm to rip me off in the space of a year
