Thank you for letting people know immediately that your office has been linked to a scam. It is very unfortunate as a business owner that someone can do this and now negatively reflect your business and now your reviews. I would hope that anyone coming here to put a 1 star review- just consider if this is indeed out of their control, a poor review can negatively impact them for years and it would be unfortunate if it is not their fault. I received the same letter as mentioned and through research was able to discover it was a scam as someone posing as this business. Let's get the scammers, not the business.
