Im telling you, don't even think of getting your taxes filed from them. Me and my brother went there together, and the front desk lady assumingly filed our taxes as a ma rried couple WITHOUT EVEN ASKING. She then proceeds to block our number, did not sort the situation out with CRA and now we still cant change our status because of long processing times because of their stupid mistake. Very unprofessional and rude people. If I could give them 0 rating, I WOULD.

Can I give lower than 1 star
Worst experience ever. They are so irresponsible that I had to call directly to CRA to get everything fixed. They don’t even care once you pay them and then after that forget about any kind of help from them. Whole staff is just unprofessional and has no knowledge of what they are doing. I will never recommend to anyone.

Worst experience ever! Just told them i want to file my tution credits as well with income tax but she refused and said we can't do,, you have to do it before,,, how come before, if i have done my studies in 2023. Very rude of her. MANNERLESS LADY!! Don't know how to talk in front of other people.

If there is anything lower than one star. I will give them that star. They messed up my taxes. Rather than I can save some money on my taxes. They file my tax wrong way and I received huge amount tax return to pay . When I said them to do amendments in my taxes, they said me that now we can’t do anything tax is already filed. They are only behind your hard earn dollars . I paid them around $800 cad to do my corporate and personal taxes. They just totally messed up with my personal income. He intentionally increased my personal income by adding more income from my company profits. I didn’t have that much profit and then he said you only need to pay personal income tax. You don’t need to pay your corporate tax because he said I added both together in your personal income. Now I paid different tax for my personal income which was huge amount and on other side I have to pay my corporate tax which is almost same to my personal income. All in all, never go to this accountant for your taxes. It is my request.

I am not thinking of giving them 1 star even. Since they filed my tax. i was told that you will b getting refund of $1400, i was waiting for the refund for whole month. Called CRA and ended up paying $265 with extra charges since I had no idea that I will be paying to CRA. Totally opposite and wrong calculation done by so called professionals and they charged $35 for wrong tax filing. Worst experience, don’t go there. They have no knowledge of anything.

1: This was our first and last time asking them to do our work. Never ever going back with this company. 1 star because cannot go lower or negative otherwise they don't even deserve this.

2: Very bad experience. Do not care who comes in first. They don’t follow the first come first serve thing. The only thing they want is money and don’t care about the customers. person who is at reception, she is rude. V.rude. Don't go A1 accounting they are not professional.
Wasted my money for their services.

3: Don’t go for tax there it’s my suggestion.
Very bad experience when we went to file taxes . Guy have no customer service tact.

5. A1 accounting file my income tax wrong. It is very unprofessional for customer service. They talked to people in Indian language and they don't respect other people with different language. They keep about 15 people inside their office without social distance. I don't recommend anybody. 😠😠😠

6: Worst experience ever in Canada. Plz people save yourself from going there. They don’t care for your time. Super rude staff.

Recently, went there to get some advice regarding the taxes but the lady was very rude and no professionalism at all. Receptionist was nice and polite but overall wasn’t a good experience.
