our Family recently had the unfortunate experience of working with this lawyer for the sale of my house, and I must say it was far from satisfactory. Despite successfully selling the house, the entire transaction left a bitter taste due to the lawyer's apparent lack of attention to detail.

The primary issue arose when, five days after the sale, the funds from the transaction were on hold by our hiring lawyer. It became apparent that the lawyer had neglected to prepare the necessary paperwork to clear the home line of credit for us. This oversight not only caused a significant delay in receiving the sale money It also raised concerns about the competence of the legal representation.Now we need to deal with extra interest charge for the banks with unclear why. When asking this lawyer came back with response Quote ''There’s not much I can do about this. You may wish to take it up with your bank’

A situation that should have been a cause for celebration turned into a source of stress and frustration. In hindsight, I expected a higher level of professionalism and diligence from a legal professional handling such a crucial financial transaction.
