Mr. Caissie did a business mediation for me a couple of months ago because i was having problems with my business partner and if it didn't get resolved it was going to go to court. A coworker recommend ultimate progress mediation so i gave Ron a call. i was pleasantly surprised with his services. he was honest, straightforward, neutral and professional.
As a result of Mr Caissie's services we were able to come to an agreement which saved our business, our partnership, our friendship and a great amount of legal costs. One of the best investments i ever made! and i would recommend him to anyone going through these types of situations.

I was going through a rough separation so we needed a mediator so we decided to contacted Ron Caissie that we got from a friend who had used him before and highly recommended him. We were not getting along at all and I knew this would adversarial. Mr Caissie met with us separately before the separation and cleared the air with both of us and set the ground rules. I couldn't believe that his expert mediation went so smoothly. Mr Caissie was absolutely fantastic. Anytime Mr Caissie felt the mediation was not going the way it should and our anger was getting the best of us, he would direct us and make us see the big picture. He absolutely save us a bundle of money, where we didn't have to go to court but most importantly he saved our family because we now can parent together our children without anger and resentment towards each other, which only harms the children.

While we didn’t get to complete mediation with Ron, it wasn’t for any fault of his own. Ron identified some very serious concerns with our separation and knew with the high conflict we had to seek resolution through legal counsel. He ended our mediation. Ron made the right decision for us instead of taking our money and wasting our time. You can’t buy this level of integrity.

Ron is a con. I hired him in march and he still hasn't done his job and ripped me off almost 600$. Do not trust him. I can't even get him to answer his phone or finish the paperwork after he was paid

Ron is a CON, hired him to do mediation and the papers he gave us where not even on a letter head.....the lawyer wont accept them he just typed them up. ALSO hasn't given us the receipts and charged 450$ for absolutely no work......called numerous times keep getting the run around. This is like fraud to me!
