This place has become an absolute nightmare! My partner signed all the documents they printed, only for them to later claim she didn’t check off the necessary sections. Their incompetence is astounding! The form was printed with a digital checkmark already in place, yet they insisted we fill out more. I had to return twice, and they expected me to fix their mistakes. This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve had with this registry.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but it’s clear that this business has completely fallen apart. The staff are clueless, unprofessional, and lack basic understanding of their responsibilities. The entire place is in shambles, and I will not be coming back. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this place at all costs!

To make matters worse, I went to AMA with the exact same form, and they completed the change without any issue, even confirming that a signed form was sufficient. Clearly, AMA isn't doing anything illegal, which leads me to believe that your employees are simply not trained to the necessary standard.

Lastly, there’s no need to respond with the same generic excuses you've given to other negative reviews. It would be better to focus your energy on properly training your staff. If you don’t have customers, you won’t have a business. While I used to recommend your service to my family and friends, who still visit your registry although, I won’t be returning. This has been beyond disappointing.

I had a great experience during my road test today with Preet as my examiner. From the very beginning, he was extremely respectful and professional. Throughout the exam, his approach was calm and supportive, and the feedback he provided afterward was constructive and detailed. He even gave specific examples of areas where I could improve my driving skills, which I truly appreciated. I’m very happy to have taken my test with him and want to thank him for his efforts and expertise.

Today I had a perfect experience with my road test class 5 with Sukhi as my examiner. , he was so fair and professional during the exam, his way was calm and clear I passed finally , I tried 2 times in a different registry but experience was awful .

But A plus registry is totally different I recommend anyone to do road test there and will be lucky to have such professional examiner like Sukhi
As with him you will learn from your mistakes in away that you will never repeat it .

After the test he explains the mistakes in a very polite and professional clear way .

However, I’ve noticed that when it comes to criticism, your responses tend to distance the business from the issues raised, mentioning that the examiners are appointed by the Government of Alberta. This can be confusing for customers and may not convey a commitment to addressing their concerns.

Additionally, a rating of 3.2 out of 5 stars is not ideal and indicates there may be room for improvement. Adopting a more constructive approach to criticism, where you express a willingness to look into the feedback and improve, could strengthen customer trust and demonstrate that you genuinely care about their experiences.

I recently passed my road test, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience at A Plus Registry! The entire process was smooth and professional. I especially want to give a big thank you to Examiner Sir Singh, who was fantastic. He was calm, clear, and fair throughout the test, which really helped ease my nerves. Nothing against the Registry, but some of the staff at the counter could be more polite. I am writing this review because of the experience my wife had with examiner #14415. Unfortunately, my wife had to take her Class 5 test with this lady examiner, who was extremely rude and impatient. We had rented a car from the registry because our car had a non-removable dashcam. The rental car lacked seat height adjustment, a reverse camera, and the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, adding to my wife's stress as she was unfamiliar with the vehicle.

To make matters worse, the examiner became visibly irritated due to delays in the rental car documentation process and took her frustration out on us. Her instructions during the test were unclear, and when my wife asked to repeat, the examiner refused, saying she would only provide directions once. After the test, she informed my wife that although she did fine, a few minor mistakes caused her to fail.

On the second attempt, with a different examiner and our own other car, the experience was completely different. This examiner provided clear, timely instructions, allowing my wife to follow them properly. After the test, he mentioned she passed and even reviewed the previous test result, noting there were no major mistakes that should have led to failure.

It’s disheartening that the first examiner's frustration and impatience made the test such a stressful experience for my wife. I hope that examiners can be more considerate and not let her mood or frustrations negatively impact candidates' experiences.
