I met with Phil twice in-person, before hiring him. We agreed on everything..or so I thought. Until time and his actions proved he was simply going to do his own thing, but with my money.
Controlling and .manipulative, but in a quite way..DON'T BE FOOLED, or deceived by him.
NOT A GOOD LAWYER!!
He might want to return some of my money, as he legally and ethically should do.
However, the BC Law Society and a small claims suit could still be done, to teach him some ethics and morals.

Terrible lawyer. Gave us the worst advice which lead to signing a consent order that he advised would be easy to change. WRONG. $80,000 later we finally got that consent order changed. A consent order that is so far from the precedent it’s unbelievable he would recommend anyone to sign it. As soon as my partner signed the consent order Phil dropped him as a lawyer. Now we’ve come to find out he’s good friends with the opposing council. What a fraud this guy is. There is so much better out there.
