I have no idea how this firm has a high rating. These were the most impersonal, rude, uninformed legal transactions ever experienced.
You will never speak with your lawyer, the lawyer assigned to me was not even the lawyer who was present when I went in to sign my paperwork. I completed a sale and purchase with this group.
If you follow up on how outstanding items are going, they act like you're an idiot and are exasperated that you dare follow up and tell you they will let you know when they have information, like it's not your right to know the status of outstanding items.
No explanation was provided for the item I did reach out on, one day they simply refunded the money they held back for that item, zero accounting of why, what transpired, nothing.
3 months later I receive a bill for the service they were holding back funds for. Quite a surprise. Instead of disbursing the funds on my behalf like a normal legal firm, they ignored it and closed out my account leaving me with unexpected costs months later.
Horrible, impersonal, and rude. I would not recommend this firm ever. Terrible.
