I reached out to Matrix to set up a phone call meeting (Due to Covid, figured it was best) to go over some personal finances and come up with long term plans. They got back to me and we agreed upon a date and time. Was supposed to have the meeting at 10 am on last Friday. At about 10:05 I called them with no answer. I called a bit later and left a message. They never did end up calling me or returning my message or explaining why they couldn't make the meeting. Quite disappointing and un professional.
