Worst place to buy any jewelry. The manager and the girls at the place are all rude and liars.
Bought a silver ring a few days back as a gift for my daughter (her first ring), was told it was sterling silver and won’t turn black with everyday wear but with 07 days of purchase, the ring is now black and the only thing as per the manager that can be done is cleaning, return or replacement not possible. I was promised a replacement/ refund within 07 days in case of any issues.
Side note- My daughter wears other silver jewelry such as earrings and a silver pendant in a silver chain which hasn’t turned black in the last so many years of regular wear..

They don’t even deserve a one star! After telling me my jewelry won’t rust that’s why I bought the necklace and bracelet it did 3 weeks later! Took it back they were extremely rude! Did absolutely nothing! Took the rusted jewelry back but did nothing about it!!!! Wouldn’t let me talk to management nothing!!!! Absolutely disgusted with them!!!

I had the worst experience today at this store. I bought a piercing nose ring and tried on a necklace at the same time. When I went to pay for the nose ring, I didn't check the bill, but the lady had also included the necklace. When I told her it was a mistake, she said she couldn't take it back, and I had to buy both. Have you ever seen anything like this before? It's unbelievable. I had to insist to get the necklace back. I told her it's not fair, and I'm here to resolve the issue, but she insisted she couldn't refund my money It's unbelievable!!👎🏻

I bought a bracelet from this store that broke several times and had issues with getting a refund and exchange by the sales associate working at the time. She insisted there were no refunds or exchanges due to their policy.

However, I was contacted by the manager, and was provided with an exchange, the bracelet I received was different from the one I had previously and is flexible and comfortable for daily use. Has not broken on me yet and is a lot easier to wear.

Although I am happy with the product and appreciate the manager reaching out to me and checking in on me, I think that the whole situation could have been handled a lot differently in person upon initial contact. As I was quite frustrated at the lack of customer service I was provided with despite the same bracelet I had broke 3 times within a short span of time.

Nevertheless, I am content with my replacement product so long as it doesn't break on me anytime soon.

Got this piece of earrings for my sister, was told they are of sterling silver. Just after two days, this is how it is. Fake !! Waste of money.

Fake crystal bracelets is plastic no exchange no refund. Please dont buy anything at rainbow jade everything is fake .they treat customer like stupid pigs

I bought a pair of earrings here and the next day I wanted to change it to a larger size, the lady there told me that I could not change it and said that they did not have large earrings, whereas I was seeing that they had large earrings and she turned her back and did not take care of me, they are very good when you are going to buy with money, they are not interested when you are going to change, I am not satisfied, I do not think I will come again
