I highly recommend Sania Chaudhry.She is empathic, kind, professional and very knowledgable. She is able to formulate well researched and thought out arguments for her clients. BIPOCs should be aware that they do have a chance at proving their cases of discrimination, that unintentional or unconscious bias counts as discrimination in the legal tests (something that many lawyers also either are unaware of or unable to see due to their own privilege), and that if we take an approach informed by lived experiences and social science research on how bias plays out, we can succeed.

Jess Hadley is absolutely incredible. I was very sceptical contacting a lawyer when I lost my job, espically in the heavy equipment mining industry, after hearing so many horror stories about lawyer cost and response times.

Jess is not only compassionate about what she does, but she goes above and beyond for her clients. She is fierce and knowledgeable and was able to bring to my attention issues about my dismissal I wasn’t even aware of. I feel bad for any attorney going against her. She consistently impressed me and was always one step ahead.
