I've dealt with the shop in Kamloops and Sun Peaks. Both provided amazing service/support, and have super knowledgeable staff. Curtis was very personable and professional - he found a temp solution for an issue (cockpit setup) and then had the requisite parts delivered to the mountain shop the following day. Prices were very fair and the shop is well stocked. They also went out of their way to receive parts from our frame manufacturer ahead of our race weekend.

Called to check on some specific shoes for riding. Told the guy I would be in shortly and gave him my shoe size. We were greeted with a variety of shoes in the brand I was looking for already set out for my viewing. The shoes worked out and we were able to also find out some more local riding places and information while we visit from the states. Great service and very nice shop.

Excellent fast and reasonably priced service! Needed tires replaced i had purchased tires online and they installed for 25$ plus tax. It was done within and hour. Also adjusted my gears no additional charge. I will be back and recommend!

I’ve come into the shop several times intending to make a purchase, but I keep walking out and going elsewhere due to the poor customer service. Each time, no matter who I spoke with, I felt talked down to and dismissed. I'm new to biking and I know I have a lot to learn, but the attitude here doesn’t feel welcoming to beginners. It’s pretty discouraging.

I’ve worked in sports retail myself and understand how much technical knowledge you have of the products, but thats no excuse for treating a customer like they’re unintelligent just because they’re not an expert on the sport.. These were opportunities to make a great impression and earn a loyal customer, but instead I left feeling frustrated each time. I’m done giving this place chances and will go elsewhere.

The experiences I’ve had have been spread out over the past year, so I don’t want to unintentionally misrepresent anything from memory. But what prompted me to finally leave a review was a visit I made today to buy a rear rack.

The staff member who greeted me initially didn’t know what I was asking for until another employee pointed them out. When we went over and looked at them, the first thing he asked was, “What size are your tires?” I said I wasn’t sure, and he scoffed and said, “Really?” Then followed up with something to the extent of, 'Well you gotta know that, that’s pretty basic.'

He pulled one rack off the wall, the most expensive one by far, and really pushed that specific option, even when I said it was out of my price range and reached for a different one. When I mentioned that it looked heavy, he insisted it wasn’t, but didn’t offer much else in the way of comparison or explanation. I tried again to reach the one that was across the counter, but he just kept pushing the rack he had. Eventually he just walked away and I still hadn't seen the rack I was interested in.

I get that I should know my tire size, but I had assumed racks fit a general range. More importantly, I don’t think the issue is what was said, but how it was said. A better approach would have been something like: “Oh, that’s okay, let’s figure it out. Are your tires wider like this bike, or more like that one? And for future reference, it’s good to know your tire size when you need parts, you can usually find it printed on the side.”

Again I don't want to misrepresent anyone from my memory from months ago, but I remember leaving with the same feeling of frustration and disappointment at the way I was spoken to.

Best shop in town, Dave is a legend. Bought a transition spire through them and they had it set up the day it arrived and made the process super easy.
