The whole Zemp Law Group team I worked with were Amazing! Choosing the right law firm is difficult. We have had several firms handle our families immigration process to the USA over the years, it can be annoying and time consuming but what helps the process is communication and professionalism! That says it all when I think of Zemp Law, Kevin, Ann and Conny have gone the extra mile and we will be referring anyone we know that needs assistance with US/CAN immigration to them. I’d like to tell you how fast our one application was approved once submitted but pretty sure it set a record so don’t want to put the pressure on them to have that every time. If you applying for your Permanent Residency in Canada, I would highly recommend using Zemp Law Group. Kevin Zemp set us up to ensure we were applying to for appropriate PR. He was professional, honest and took the extra time needed to ensure we headed in the right direction. I am not sure I can properly express how great Zemp Law Group is, but I will try my best. My wife and I started the process to obtain my Canadian permanent residence approximately a year or so ago. We reached out to a couple of lawyers and really had no confidence in any of them before we were referred to Kevin Zemp by family.

Upon meeting with Kevin, I vividly remember walking out of the room and telling my wife, “That is our guy.” Aside from the fact that he was familiar with the area in the US that I was born and raised in, his sincerity and compassion was very evident in that first meeting. Add that to his vast knowledge on all things immigration and we were left knowing that Kevin would get our process done. He truly does care about and want the best for his clients which goes a long way when going through these difficult processes. I am a person that very much appreciates when somebody is straightforward with me and I can honestly say that I never once felt Kevin was trying to smooth talk or trick me into making any decisions. He always laid out our options and guided our decisions.

I must also give a shout out to the front office coordinator/paralegal assigned to us, Elizabeth Neufeld. She was constantly in communication with us and ready to answer any questions we had throughout the process. She was always very professional and polite and whenever there was an update, she was sure to shoot an email as well as respond to any emails I may have sent back. I will also add that they did all of this during a pandemic. So as complicated as the process could be with all of the travel restrictions and governmental regulations, it was. However, we were always reassured by their actions that we were going to get through the process.

I can go on and on about all the positives about Zemp Law Group. I can also proudly sit here today as I write this review and say that I have been granted my Canadian permanent residence. Trust me when I say that if you want someone that will have your back through the process and give you the confidence that the process is being done right, then you will not regret reaching out to the Zemp Law Group.
