Strange advice, if they even listen to you. slow progress for the simplest of items. Send 10 emails instead of a 10 minute call. And then charge for emails like crazy. Drafts are hurried and full of errors. Seemed like just ready made forms. All they had to do was a letter for me. My opinion anyway.

They are good at the intro, but decline in performance quickly. Watch out.

The Calgary Legal Team has proven to be a poor neighbor. Since moving in, they have taken over the neighborhood with their many employees using the residential street as their own personal parking lot.
They bought in to a building that has 4 business units and only three parking spots plus a handicap spot.
Parking space is available on 17th avenue across the street from their business. Their employees refuse to use 17th avenue to park, instead chose to inconvenience their residential neighbors by parking in front of their houses for hours on end.
The employees have been rude, argumentative and disrespectful.
Recently (as of this post), they have chosen to ignore the city water crisis and it's water ban.
Since the water ban, they have continued to run their automatic landscape sprinkler system, with total disregard for the city water ban.
Unfortunately, the Calgary Legal Team is a poor neighbor and has no consideration for other neighbors work schedule being different than theirs. Therefore they park in front of residential houses and ignore the fact that others coming home on a different work schedule would like to park in front of their homes.
Shame on The Calgary Legal Team for ignoring the City of Calgary Water Ban.
Shame on The Calgary Legal Team for being a disrespectful neighbor.

This happened a little over a year ago (previous business was Lawyer Lisa) but I think is still relevant, changing the brand doesn’t necessarily change the work

From my experience...Lisa was opposing counsel; was difficult to work with, seemed to work towards more cost rather then a solution. Affidavits from her office missed some important attachments. As it involved real estate, seemed not to understand how lawyers, lenders, insurers, sellers and buyers work. Also, If i could spot very obvious errors in a spreadsheet after coming from the firms office...Just my opinion, but I guess I'm not a lawyer either
