I would give zero stars if possible.

I booked a notary appointment for my partner and was called 6 minutes prior to the appointment time saying Odion was running 30-45 minutes late. He was already at the office waiting in the car.

After 30 minutes of waiting I called back to get a timing update and they had none. I asked if they would waive the fee as it is incredibly unprofessional and rude to have no explanation for running behind to a scheduled appointment. I was both hung up on by one receptionist and told my only options are to cancel or reschedule my appointment for another time by another receptionist.

Would not recommend going here if you value punctuality, respect, professionalism, and common courtesy.

I went to this place for an appointment with a lawyer (Lawrence K. Ainoo) but when I got there, the secretary told me he no longer works there, even though I was given an appointment two days prior. I was told the unit in the building to go to, yet somehow I’m also told the lawyer doesn’t even work here anymore. When I decided to call him to make sure, he told me he was sick and didn’t even recognize me as if he completely forgot he had to meet me for the appointment. The secretary and the lawyer were telling me two different things and this of course is frustrating and highly unprofessional. I do not recommend Zenith Law Office at all.

Was contracted to be a family members lawyer and never showed up to the courthouse (in person or cctv) to represent their client. Resulting in a much longer process. Wouldn't answer phone calls from their client or the crown prosecutor to resolve the matters at hand. Very unprofessional
