I recently visited Dr. Mathew with my 5-year-old son, who had multiple cavities. From the very first visit, the experience was excellent. Dr. Mathew was extremely patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan.

What stood out the most was his approach. Other dental offices had advised that my son’s treatment could only be done under general anaesthesia. Dr. Mathew, with his knowledge and skill, was able to complete the procedure successfully using just local anaesthesia. This avoided unnecessary risks and made the experience much smoother for my child.

The treatment was top notch, and my son still has more cavities that will need attention. I feel confident and reassured knowing that Dr. Mathew will be providing his care moving forward. Another great advantage was that the office was able to bill the insurance company directly, so I didn’t have the hassle of paying out of pocket and waiting for a refund.

The entire team was approachable, supportive, and showed true professionalism throughout the visit, which made the experience even better.

Overall, I am very impressed with Dr. Mathew and his team for their expertise, compassion, and quality of care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dental office.

Not even knowing the Harriston Family Dentistry was in town, I stopped in on the morning of Sept 30th.
To my surprise, they actually booked me an appointment for later that afternoon.
The staff, Dr Matthew, and his assistant, were awesome!
They were very thorough, informative, and the whole experience was very pleasant.

For one visit that was filled with multiple items. The team was fast and friendly as well as very attentive to my needs.
It’s not often you hear a dentist compliment his technician but Dr Matthew assured me he wouldn’t be as good without the help of his technician.

This meant alot to me as I sat in a chair with two basic strangers working away on my teeth.
The attention to detail to my teeth and my comfort level was amazing.

I had a dental emergency and was fortunate enough to find Dr. Mathew Shince. As a first-time patient, I was understandably anxious, but from the moment I walked in, the experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Mathew saw me on very short notice, and I was immediately impressed by his calm, professional manner and genuine concern for my comfort.

All around happy! My appointment started right on time. I was welcomed with a smile from the OC at the front desk. The dental assistant was very friendly and helped me feel relaxed after getting me from the waiting room. Super quick and efficient appointment. I was in and out promptly.
