من سه سال بود که تکس هامو اینجا انجام میدادم ! امسال حتی زودتر از موعود رفتم چون یه سفر در راه داشتم‌ و میخواستم تکس هامو به موقع بدم ! ایشون مدارکمو چک کردن و گفتن همه چی اوکیه ! یک فایل هم مثل هر سال بمن دادن و گفتن امسال شما پول هم میگیرید‌از دولت و خدانگهدار ! بعد از یک ماه و نیم من دیدم هیچ پولی واریض نشده ! شک‌ کردم و شروع کردم به زنگ زدن و ایمیل دادن به آقای فریور ! بعد چند بار جواب ندادن امروز بالاخره اعتراف کردن که یادشون رفته تکس های منو سابمیت کنن !!! باورتون میشه ؟ من زودتر از موعود رفتم و وظیفه خودمو انجام دادم این آقا پولشونو گرفتن و با زندگی مردم اینجری بازی میکنن ! من به سادگی از این استباه نمیگذرم و به برد تخصصی حسابداران آنتاریو شکایت می کنم. آقای فریور واقعا بسه این همه پشت هم مشتری گرفتن! به جای اینکه روزی ۵ تا مشتری بگیرین و کارشونو درست انجام بدید برای پول روزی ۳۰ تا میگیرید و یادتون میره تکسشونو فایل کنین از اونورم منشیتون یه پولی ازین مشتریا در میاره به بهانه ویزا و اقامت . من ساده از این اشتباهتون نمیگذرم. متاسفم

They are very condescending and judgmental.
They made some rude, offensive comments about me that were inappropriate. They also make you feel stupid, shame you for it, and don’t want to answer questions.

It’s clear they don’t respect and value their customers. Definitely not “ideal” because of their bad customer service. I won’t be going back!

I have been a client of Mr. Farivar for 12 years. He is a real gentleman with great professional skills. No problem with him or Mrs. Soudabeh during these years, as they have always been accommodative and responsive.

Mister Farivar is one of the best accountants in the country. My family's been going to him for 15+ years. Always recommend him. He is very courteous and professional.

EDIT. Fully agree that his receptionist is an absolute nightmare though. I think it's a different person now but I remember Soudabeh. Yells at people and constantly asks you where you're from (I'm Canadian) and makes inappropriate comments. Hopefully I never have to deal with her again.

This review is for the receptionist "Soudabeh", I wished we had lower than one star. it seems that she has an immigration consulting side business. I doubt if she can retain even one client.

She is extremely Racist, making fun of peoples names, their accent, how old they are, biggest sin of all.. being a newcomer!!!.

I have been to Canada for the last 25 years but she was wondering if I am new to Canada so she can make fun of.

Avoid her as much as you can, talk to Mr. Farivar Directly if you can bypass her.

The receptionist, Soudabeh, claims she has an immigration consulting business, but she only makes fun of and insults you. She is extremely rude and she mocks newcomers.

اين آقاى فريور و منشى شان با ديدن فايلهاى ديگران شروع به توهين و ميخره كردن افراد ميكنند. ايشون امروز تا من توى اناقشون رفتم من ميگم اينهم t4جاهاى مختلفو كه كار كردم و ايشون ميگند برو درس بخون و اخلاقت را خوب كن تا يك جا كار كنى!! ايشون ظاهرا با منشى بى ادبى كه دارند فقط افراد بى ادب را ميپسندند اگر تربيت ميدونى برو منشى بى تربيتت را تربيت كن آقاى فريور عزيز كه حالا كه چهار تا مشترى دارى كسى را ميشناسى! من براى اولين با با دخترم بعد از ده سال مشترى ايشون بودن با دخترم رفتم امروز افيس ايشون دختر من هنوز از رفتار زشت اين آقا و منشى بى ادبش داره گريه ميكنه و توى ماشين ميلرزه. مطمين باش آقاى دكتر فريور كه واقعا فكر ميكنى دكتر شدى هر جايى رفتار زشت امروز شما و و منشى بى ادبتون را مطرح ميكنم. به فارسى نوشتم تا ايرانيهاى عزيز بدونند پيش كى ميرند. اصلا هم شما حرفه اى كار نميكنيد هر سال يك چيزى هم از جيب براى اشتباهات شما ميدم. ممنون كه با رفتار زشتتون باعث شديد تا نفر تكس را عوض كنم

Unfortunately Mr. Farivar has the audacity to actually comment on my life, my husbands life and my work place whenever I go to him. Instead of minding his own business and doing his job, every year I visit for my taxes, he feels the need and urge to comment on my personal and work life which is very very unprofessional and inappropriate. In his words he said “go get a proper job” and threw my tax papers at me saying go come back at ur time instead of simply telling me that today was not your appointment day and not taking me in his office. Even though today was not my appointment date based on his secretary, which I believe she was wrong, but anyways he could have simply asked me to leave because he was busy. He actually told me to come to his office, asked for my tax papers to start his work and then proceeds to DISRESPECT myself by commenting on my personal life and work and behaviour instead of dealing with his very rude secretary, not only that, but DISRESPECTED my daughter who was there with me for the first time (she was in shock) by his behaviour and just left his office before he got even more rude with me. He loves to disrespect people and degrade people when he reads peoples taxes. That is absolutely not part of his job, to comment on anyones life and absolutely not in any shape or form his building to be very very inappropriate. On top of that he always always finds a way to comment about my husband. He is there to do his job and unfortunately for himself, his temper and attitude is beyond any word i say can describe in this review. He has ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED me today with his behaviour and may not be the first person to had experience this, but I will definitely not be the last customer and more to come for him to leave his office feeling degraded and attacked by his disgusting and very inhumane words.

I am very sorry for whoever experienced what I experienced today at his office.
