I used this accounting service to file my 2024 taxes, and I would not recommend them. I went in, gave them all my documents, paid the full amount, and trusted them to handle the process. Three months later, I found out they hadn’t even submitted my return, and they only did so after I called to follow up myself.
There was zero communication, no explanation, and no apology. For something as important as taxes, this kind of negligence is unacceptable. It caused unnecessary stress and could have led to serious consequences if I hadn’t checked.
If I could give them -5 stars, I would. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere more professional and trustworthy.

Mr.Najafi is a very expert and knowledgeable charter accountant with an exceptional customer service. His staffs are very professional and friendly and quick in respond of any question or matter. Although I moved to other province I still get their good services for my personal and business tax.

Their customer service is so poor and his secretary is so unprofessional. She doesn't know how to respectfully handle new clients. She was supposed to call me back to confirm some time sensitive information and she never did. Once I called the office to double check with them I was told that they have too many clients and she cant recall the discussion! She blamed me for not following up with her however I had called them several times!

Mr Najafi and his team are very professional, friendly and welcoming. Even though during COVID , they provided timely and reliable accounting services either on the phone or by considering social distancing in-person.
