Difficult to manage tax returns with them. They made wrong data entries for our filing and as a a result, my CRA account was locked out. After talking to CRA representative, we got to know that the data entries for birth date, date of arrival in Canada were wrong. I wish they could have been more supportive, rather than defending their mistakes when I reached out to them.

Do not recommend this firm for first-time tax filing.
