I first met Karen when I was invited by a mutual friend to attend one of her light language meditations many moons ago.

From the moment I arrived at Karen’s door, I was welcomed into her loving embrace- as though I was an old friend .

Karen embodies presence- seeing, witnessing, and celebrating you- as you are in each moment.

As the meditation began, I felt my body soften into the mat, with each guided breath, my mind relaxed and i was guided by crystal sound and her voice into another dimension ~another place and time.

Karen Jones has honestly changed my families life. We first met while I was attending one of her Light Language mediations, which was just absolutely incredible and breath taking.

I then learnt about her coaching and that’s when she started working with our 9 year old son. Karen started coaching him and helping us learn different ways and tools to help him with his anxiety. She has honestly helped us learn and understand so many different techniques to help and over come some of these anxiety’s. She is kind and compassionate, gentle and understanding.
