Andrew christofi is a junior lawyer that his knowledge especially in realestate is very very minimal. He really can ruin a deal. Avoid at all costs. I was regrettably a client and I have proof that I will post. I repeat this firm is a bunch of none professionals. Do yourself a favor hire a lawyer that will look after your interest and avoid this Andrew Christofi at all cost.

We recently used NDD Law to help with the close of our lot sale in Dartmouth. The whole team including John, Jennifer & Andrew were incredibly patient, punctual and helpful with the process. DO NOT USE ANDREW CHRISTOFI. He doesnt work towards your interest. He will say one thing and will do another thing thats totally againest your interests. If in litigation he will hand you over to the other party on a plate of Gold. He is the worst lawyer I have yet to see. If there is a zero star option I would have selected. And up to this date neither John or Andrew reached out to discuss. Its a lie they did have me on their books. Avoid at all costs.

I have used Andrew Christofi on a realestate transaction back in August 2020. Till this date I am trying to resolve what he has done to me and not what I asked him to do. He is not the lawyer that will look after your own interest. He may be book smart but has no common sense or communication skills . He is not transparent in his dealings. If He thinks it's the law to do it this way he will do it without advising you. The law is the law but as a client I feel the need to be informed and not be shocked and surprised when he does things on his own. I am in the process of pursuing a law suit against him and his establishment. You dont want to be in my postion its painful and takes alot of time and efforts. Avoid this law firm and this Lawyer.
