I had a very special case but Sandra told me she was very familiar with it and assured me she can deal with it. When I came the this year to file my taxes Sandra really took care of me. We filed then the CRA made a mistake. Sandra was there to support me. We initially filed in March and Sandra just sent me an email to follow up on the final bit of the matter.

It pays to have a full time accountant work on your file.
if you go to HR block or similar places after April YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. With Sandra I was supported until September and I am sure she would support me further if need be.

Surprise this was all included in her initial fee.

I called Tax filers today, with an older gentleman I am working with to get some advice, as he wanted to understand how an upcoming purchase might impact his benefits and future tax filing. I was blown away by the woman we spoke with! She took the time to speak with us, even though we are not yet clients. She was knowledgeable, friendly and give us trustworthy professional advice and direction for going forward. She put this gentleman at ease after he had a stressful day of trying to get direction regarding his situation, from his bank and government agencies who could not answer his questions - even though it was a fairly simple inquiry. I will most certainly let other people know about our positive experience and will support this business for my own tax filing needs and inquiries in the future!

In my opinion Leslie Langille is experienced in doing tax returns, is very organized and was very thorough with my return. I wasn’t sure if I had claimed all my dental in 2020 so she helped me with that too. I hadn’t. I am very pleased.

My own experience was via another family member and viewing the documentation or lack there of their tax return. T4 not submitted to substantiate claimed income. Copies of T4 not returned with income tax copy. Resulting in a balance owed to CRA when originally there was a return. In trying to help them it was head shaking to see the needless midtakes made.
