At the end of 2023, while I was driving normally, an old policeman stopped me without any reason and arbitrarily issued me two serious tickets. I was charged with dui and refusal to provide breath sample. I had another lawyer representing me before Mr. Singleton and she told me that i will get away with the impaired driving charge but i will surely be convicted in refusal charge. I could not bear that conviction on my criminal record because it would have serious consequences on my immigration status in Canada.
